Meet Our Founder
Kelly Lewis
Kelly Lewis is the founder of Lewis Meadows Farm & Forest School, where her passion for education, nature, and faith comes together to inspire children. With experiences across public, private, and homeschool settings, Kelly understands the power of a nurturing environment that sparks curiosity. After discovering forest schools, Kelly pursued her certification in 2024, combining her faith and love for nature in a hands-on, immersive learning approach.
Kelly holds a Summa Cum Laude degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and has led educational programs that connect children with the natural world. Her vision for Lewis Meadows is to create a Christ-centered space where children grow in knowledge, character, and confidence through outdoor experiences.
When not teaching, Kelly enjoys golfing, fishing, gardening, and exploring herbal medicine. She invites families to join her in this journey of faith, discovery, and growth at Lewis Meadows Farm & Forest School.
